This has been a really awesome day! So yesterday, I wrote a post about how the snowstorm was coming, and it has arrived! The weather people told us that we could get up to a foot and a half, and we only have (by my measurement) about six inches currently. But we didn't lose power, either, which was good because I really hate the dark. Anyway, would you like to see some pictures?
This was earlier, around 4:00-4:15, before it started to get really dark.
These are Christmas lights on our back porch (no, I don't know why we still have them up, but they're pretty).
This was my favorite picture of the ones I took today. It was actually an accident, because I had set my camera to the wrong setting, so it flashed even though I didn't want it to, and look how it turned out! It's probably not the best for my camera to be so cold and wet, but I've got a lot of cool pictures out of it!
AND ALSO! This is really exciting! Today, it was officially decided that I'm going back to Switzerland during February vacation! Yaaaaaay! Allow me to frolic:
